We provide multiple touch points throughout your wedding planning journey that will ensure that no stone is left unturned. We check in frequently to make sure to answer any questions that come up and give you any practical wedding advice you need! We also send our couples a fun surprise that has nothing to do with our coordination - the day after your wedding, you will get photos and videos of BTS of your wedding day! Your first kiss, personal vows, your dance floor… we want you to have something to look back on the day after your wedding so you can relive it as soon as possible.
You never want to have a vendor you’re not sure of, or not have the answers you need from the professionals that are supposed to take that stress away! You will be confident working with our team that you will be prioritized.

Contract review + planning resources
We provide all of our couples with contract review for vendors you’re thinking about booking or that you’ve already booked. We don’t want there to be any surprises (unless planned, of course!) on the wedding day! We also give you full access to our 11 planning resources like our budget spreadsheet, automated timeline spreadsheet, monthly checklist, recommended vendor list… we want you to feel as prepared as possible for your big day!

Open door policy
Our couples have the option to email us throughout the entire wedding planning process with any questions keeping them up at night. If you need advice, support, and solidarity while wedding planning, we are here for you every step of the way and we are always quick to respond.

Just checking in!
Communication is a two way street, and we’re very proactive when it comes to checking in with our couples! Planning a Chicago wedding can feel overwhelming and we make sure we are present for you way before your wedding day. You can expect to hear from us throughout the entire planning journey with a listening ear, fun suggestions that made us think of you, and just a friendly hello! This also opens the door for you to send us any information you need about your wedding day.

Lacuna Lofts
Lacuna Lofts really is an all-in-one space with the ability to host the getting ready time in the morning, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! They have two different rooms depending on your guest count (with capacities of 350 and 150 guests) with lovely, warm, brick walls and an artistic flair. Our favorite part is all of the art and murals they have throughout the space that is perfect for some fun photos. And if you’re looking for a little extra fun, Lacuna Lofts has a SkyDeck that you can use for your ceremony and cocktail hour that has a perfect view of the Chicago skyline!

The Arbory
The Arbory has beautiful brick walls and skylights that really bring such a warm ambience, and the plants walls throughout the venue truly are some of our favorite spots. You can have separate rooms for dinner and dancing which is great for guests who love to dance and guests who love to mingle to not have to shout over the music. The Arbory have a capacity up to 180 guests and any couple that is looking for a welcoming, unique wedding venue in Chicago has to check them out.

Salvage One is one of the coolest wedding venues we have worked and it has an energy that is unmatched. The building itself is an antique shop on the first floor with a built-in ceremony area, and the second floor has dining tables that are all unique, antique pieces that give such an intimate, dinner-party vibe! Salvage One’s capacity is up to 250 guests so it is perfect for your large, unique wedding in Chicago! This space is highly recommended if you’re looking to add personality to your day and want something with a unique, moody twist.

Greenhouse Loft surely knows how to show off its bright, modern space with the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor patio is great for your ceremony or cocktail hour and you’re sure to have a fun night with their in-house DJ and photo booth already built into their venue cost. Greenhouse Loft can host up to 175 guests and if you’re looking for a light, airy vibe in the city, this is the place to be. If you’re having both your ceremony and reception here, you can easily have a room flip with the cocktail hour in their art gallery and you don’t have to worry about a thing.

LM Studio is a hidden gem on Michigan Avenue that we adore. It is a mix of modern and edgy with the floral mural, floor-length windows, and gold throughout the whole venue. This space requires nearly no dressing up because it really speaks for itself! LM Studio has the capacity for up to 130 guests which is the perfect guest count in our opinion. The iconic view of Chicago, the perfect photo locations that are walking distance, and the ease of working with their in-house catering team makes wedding planning a breeze.

Columbus Park Refectory is a perfect venue for someone who wants personality in each part of the space. The dancing room has black and white mosaic tile that is sure to add some fun energy and get everyone on the dance floor. Columbus Park Refectory has a capacity of 180 guests and we sure love when you can utilize the whole space - the covered pavilion is great for your ceremony or cocktail hour and still works even in the rain! This space is great for photos - not only because of the brick walls and splashes of teal throughout, but also with the green-filled park right outside!

Wildman BT is the perfect venue for your party - it comfortably hosts up to 300 guests for both your ceremony and reception which is the best bang for your buck for a loft-style venue! Their warm brick walls combined with their refined, blue velvet curtain to easily facilitate your room flip are two of our favorite features of the space. You can even utilize their large wedding suite upstairs for a private moment or waiting for the ceremony. Wildman BT on top of being a beautiful venue, they have an amazing staff that are super organized and easy to work with. We highly recommend reaching out!
