The Journey From Engagement to Wedding Day
-
1. Consultation
We typically have a phone call/Zoom call to go over the package you have chosen and to get to know each other. Once you sign and book with us, we start working for you! We will review your contracts and send you our planning resources. You can always reach out with the “open door policy” we offer too!
-
2. Planning
For all of our packages, there is still an element of planning necessary to make sure your wedding goes smoothly. We will have a few meetings throughout the process to ensure that all details are handled and that there won’t be any surprises (unless they are planned surprises, of course!) for your wedding day.
-
3. Coordinating
Once it’s actually your wedding day, all of the planning will be finished and at this point it’s a matter of the execution. We make sure that all of the potential problems are dealt with before you even hear about it, and we make sure all of the vendors are working together to create an amazing day for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
A wedding planner will help you for all steps of your planning like finding your vendors, helping establish your budget, and keep you organized throughout your engagement - and then making sure everything is exactly as you dreamed for your wedding day. A wedding coordinator will take your plans, your vendors, and your vision and coordinate all of those things on the wedding day to make sure it all goes according to plan!
-
A wedding planner/coordinator will be able to make sure you don’t have to worry about people constantly coming up to you with problems or questions on your wedding day. If you assign these duties to a friend or family member, they won’t be able to enjoy themselves either. The goal is to have someone else that knows how to fix wedding-specific problems take care of everything so you, your family, and friends can actually enjoy your wedding day.

The sooner the better! I would typically be the first or second vendor that you book in your wedding planning journey. Your wedding planner will be able to help you every step of the way, so it’s best to book as soon as you can! Dates also fill up quickly so it’s best to secure a planner that you love before you find out they are unavailable.

The sooner the better! Dates fill up quickly and it’s better to have the vendors nailed down rather than wait until later to find out I’m unavailable. This also means that I can start looking over contracts sooner to see if there are red flags we need to address, and you can have all of my planning sheets sooner to make sure you have your wedding day details covered!

No problem! All of the packages are customizable. Any package can be adjusted to add or remove certain items so that you are getting exactly what you need.
