1. Redfield Estate at the Grove - Glenview

I love the Redfield Estate being mostly outdoors with a covered pavilion in case of any weather issues! This space can hold up to 125 people for a perfect, intimate setting. The space has so much greenery surrounding and really has such an elegant way to bring nature into your wedding day. The wedding we worked here in May had been a couple that loves houseplants, so all of the centerpieces were plants that the guests (and the couple!) could take home as favors. I do appreciate the indoor space for getting ready in the morning or having a place to put your belongings and having some photos inside with the rich, dark woods really is lovely. On top of that, there is a gorgeous ivy wall in the front that is perfect for photos! I would highly recommend this space for a outdoor summer wedding.

2. Hyatt Lodge - Oak Brook

The Hyatt Lodge - specifically the Grand Oaks Pavilion - is something out of a fairytale in my opinion. Although it is a hotel venue, it truly has one of the most beautiful spaces with amazing floor to ceiling windows and such a unique lighting situation that I absolutely adore! You can have up to 200 people here which is perfect for throwing a fun party and still have such a gorgeous space your guests will love. The room itself is very warm, and if you have your ceremony there you have some lovely options outside if you wanted to have more of that nature involved into your day. It’s of course a nice perk that you can have your rooms and everything all in one place so you don’t have to think about travel, and if you even wanted to do all of your photos onsite there are so many spaces outside with the trees and the water that will make it a lovely spot for your wedding day!

3. The Crawford - Naperville

If you’re looking for something with a sleek, classic, modern feeling, The Crawford is a beautiful space! There are getting ready spaces for both of the nearlyweds and it can host up to 250 people which is wonderful for having a packed dance floor with all of the family and friends that you love being able to enjoy your day. You can have both your ceremony and reception here and it has been freshly renovated to really feel elegant and modern. If you really love the modern, black and white type of weddings, this is a wonderful space to use for your wedding day to fit the aesthetic perfectly.

Revelry 675 is one of the most unique wedding venues with a modern twist. The light fixtures are eye-catching in a way that enthralls you and you really can have it all here! The black, white, and gold really shines throughout the entire space and the mirrored tables that come with the space really add such an elegance for your guests to enjoy the space with you. 5. Ravisloe Country Club - Homewood

Usually country clubs have a lot of the same vibes, but this space is one to remember. The outdoor ceremony courtyard has a lovely ivy wall as the backdrop that doesn’t require much dressing up and the space inside truly is iconic with a modern, black and white focus. The outdoor area reminds me of Italian villas or a Californian dream if that is your vibe. This space has such a unique personality and you can have up to 300 guests that will really have a great time here. We had a wedding that had an outdoor ceremony here that was so stunning, it’s hard not to get wrapped up in the spaces elegance!

6. Danada House - Wheaton

Danada House is one of the most beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces. There are 7 different ceremony locations that they offer which means you will find one that is perfect for you! What really stands out in this space is the Atrium that is encased with windows and candles that have the same floating feel as the Hogwarts dining hall. The space is incredibly warm and has an estate that is beautiful from all sides. There are also plenty of rooms to have for getting ready, cocktail hour, and the reception. The opportunities for photos are truly endless here too! There are renovations happening this year that will really up the value and with holding up to 250 guests it surely will be a place your guests remember!

7. Providence Vineyard - Hebron

Providence Vineyard holds such a special place in my heart. It is the perfect mix of rustic and modern with the classic, white barn inside and out. The vineyard is perfect for photos but also a gorgeous spot to have your ceremony if you’re interested in keeping everything onsite. They also have getting ready rooms and an outdoor, covered patio you can have your cocktail hour. The fact that really everything is white besides the chairs really makes your guests wowed by the elegance. It’s hard not to be in awe of the space, and being able to have up to 275 guests you’ll be able to have an amazing time here with all of your family and friends. The wedding we had here truly felt enchanted and our bride was like a princess!

8. Canvas - Wheeling

Canvas is one of the most elegant, unique wedding venues we have ever worked. All of the design and decor is practically in-house with their in-house floral company nearly nextdoor! It is dressed up to whatever your heart desires, and it really is so modern and sleek all around. There is a space for an outdoor cocktail hour and ceremony, and the getting ready rooms are perfect to ensure you can stay onsite all day if you’re hoping to keep everything all in one place. Every detail is considered in this space including the lighting, design, and the energy, and you really can ensure your guests feel exactly how you hope to have a wonderful time! The wedding we had here truly was one of the most iconic with such a fun group that was able to have an amazing time all day.

After going to so many weddings, it can sometimes feel like you’re working with cookie-cutter venues and getting the same experience. With venues like these, you really can mold your personality and your story into such interesting, personalized spaces that will ensure your wedding is one to remember. Your guests want to see you and your personality in your wedding day and the best way that they will be able to have an amazing time is to start with the space itself being unique and beautiful!
